Smart Housing Architecture Competition: Sea Micro Hotel
Concursos AG360 invites architects and architecture students from all over the world to the Ideas Contest to conceptualize a prototype of “smart housing” on the seashore, on Balandra beach in La Paz, Mexico.
A new lodging system will be created in that area.7 lodging units of one or two levels with individual terraces will be conceptualized to maintain closer contact with nature. Its mere presence will become an architectural reference added to the natural landscape.

he SEA MICRO HOTEL, is presented as a real and different option for all those who want to be in balance with the natural ecosystem but with the comfort of modern life.
