Restricted projects competition for the construction of an art school in the city of Cormeilles-en-Parisis, France. It is a building of 1,351 m2 of floor space with an estimated cost of € 4.480.00.

This operation aims at the provision of existing areas and facilities appropriate to develop education in the arts (music and dance). The project will have an auditorium of 120 seating positions (retractable bleachers), training rooms and practice for music studios, dance studios and rehearsal / recording. The implantation site selected is located in the south of the City Cormeilles Parisis Saint-Germain, opposite the Municipal Theater and in the heart of a proposed redevelopment of the south. Functional architecture is expected (adapted to different uses) and constituting a visual reference for the building.
