Statens vegvesen Region øst would like to hold a restricted design competition for a team consisting of an architect and landscape architect for the establishment of a picnic site at Krekke along the E6 in Ringebu municipality. Upto five teams from the prequalified applicants will be chosen to participate in the design contest.
The proposals will be assessed by a jury. The winner of the contest will be invited to a following contest for negotiating the award of a service contract for the further engineering design services. See the prequalification documents for further details.
The ARK/LARK team must have relevant competence and experience. This is to be documented by projects (max 3-4 with relevant technical/experience of transferable value to this project. In this phase the awarding authority will only assess whether there are relevant projects or not. The actual content of the project will be assessed during the selection.
Tenderers must have a legally established company. This is to be documented by company registration certificates. Foreign companies are required to present equivalent certificates as described in the law in the country where the company is registered.
