Lot A (the first contest) buildings 5 and 7 representing at least 115 housing units with a basement under each building to create the number of parkings needed according to the regulations. The building 5 has a commercial ground floor and a reception for the residents. The proposed area is approximately 8,300 m2. The financial envelope allocated to the project is estimated at 18.5 million euros.
Lot B (second competition) 8a and 8b buildings representing a minimum of 75 dwelling units and common basement for the two buildings to create the number of parking spaces according to the regulations. The surface is expected to be 5,400 m2. The financial envelope allocated to the project is estimated at 12 million euros.
