Restricted competition for the construction of a new fire station in Stuttgart, Germany.

Competition in a single phase with selection process for the construction of the new building of the fire and rescue station number 5 of the city of Stuttgart, which has 25 places for firefighters and 9 truck spaces and ambulance service . In this program we must add the appropriate workshops, social spaces, areas of management, as well as training areas. The total program is about 8,000 m2.

The property is located in an area north of the road to Sigmaringen in the northeastern border of the former site of the HANSA Metallwerke AG.
