This is an operation to build a 98 housing units divided into three groups, and is part of the overall reconstruction project Grimaud city. The demolition of the two existing buildings of 40 units each and an abandoned building in the project area are not part of this competition.
Selection criteria for participants:
– Qualification of the applicant group;
– Letter of application indicating the composition of the group
– Declaration of each group member
– Indication of overall turnover concerning the services covered by this consultation made during the last three years
