The Guagno-les-Bains SPA was built from 1818 to 1844 and expanded in 1970. Its total area is about 2,240 square meters on three levels.
The operation involves the rehabilitation and expansion of existing buildings because the allocation of spaces and the existing facilities are outdated and no longer considered as a current SPA concept. The new SPA center will have a total area of about 2,400 square meters and will include 4 major areas.
