Finalists of the Skyscraper 2013 Competition

Architectural competition organized by Arquitectum, a company specializing in making architectural competitions worldwide, lies in the absence of places to erect buildings of this size (or skyscrapers in Lima), achieving a full eleven floor building to be demolished (given its location and advantageous view) so it makes way for new buildings, as has been going on recently in Lima, especially in San Isidro.

For this we have managed to get a corner (Belén Avenue and Pezet Avenue) in which we propose a height never seen before in this zone (100m) in order to establish the first tower/skyscraper in the area.
