Results of the International design Competition for the Eteläpuisto park

The City of Tampere’s City Centre Project has announced the results of the International Design Contest for Eteläpuisto Park and its Environs. Of the six contest entries, the jury awarded joint first place to the proposals submitted under the pseudonyms “Seelake” and “Sunny Side of the City”.

The aim of the contest was to prepare a plan that would extend the city centre structure and enhance its coherence in Eteläpuisto Park and its environs in accordance with the Tampere city centre development programme.
