Restricted competition for the construction of a socio-cultural center in the town of Jargeau, France.

The main building will be a multipurpose space where shows and events are held. Must include a performance space and a multipurpose space with retractable seats for 250 people convertible into a space between 160-210 seats. The building will be approximately 1,000 m² and outdoor spaces of 3,000 m².

The budget for the work is estimated eg HT € 1,825,000
