Ideas competition that invites reflection on the current problems of increasing social inequality, disadvantage and exclusion. Possible subject areas that includes the contest are urban processes, spatial transformations, global flows of financial capital, or the location and display scale. All visual representation techniques and painterly means may be used, but must be recognizable in selecting coherent overall concept.
